A Dubai Court of Cassation decision dismissed Meydan Group LLC’s appeal in its AED3.5 billion civil suit against WCT Bhd and Arabtec Construction over the Nad Al Sheba racecourse dispute; the report says the suit thereby concluded, although WCT’s efforts to ratify and enforce its separate arbitral award remained ongoing.
