Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2, 2026
This Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services we rely on to operate the Platform.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Artificial Intelligence Builders Company ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the aibco.ai platform, websites, dashboards, and related services (the "Platform").
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and billing details.
- Content you submit, such as contact messages, record requests, and the details you provide when claiming a developer profile.
- Usage and device data, such as pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Platform.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, and measure performance.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
- Research, compile, and publish developer track records, and act on the requests and claims you submit.
- Monitor performance, debug issues, prevent abuse, and keep the Platform secure.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Platform, and some of your information is processed by them. These include:
- AI and large language model (LLM) providers, which process the content submitted to generate output. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and terms.
- Analytics services, such as Google Analytics, which help us understand how the Platform is used.
- Logging and performance-monitoring services, such as BetterStack, which help us detect errors, monitor uptime, and maintain reliability.
- Hosting, infrastructure, and payment providers that support the delivery and operation of the Platform.
5. LLM providers and their own policies
Features that use AI send relevant content to third-party LLM providers to produce output. Those providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms, which are separate from this Policy and outside our control. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how independent providers handle data under their own policies. You should review the policies of any provider whose services are used through the Platform.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the service providers described above to operate the Platform, when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may access or update your account information, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
