Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aibco.ai platform, websites, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Artificial Intelligence Builders Company ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. AI-generated information; no investment or credit advice

The Platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to collect, extract, match, summarize, and analyze information from published and third-party sources, including information supplied by users or developers. Developer profiles, project records, completion dates, delay calculations, ratings, scores, summaries, and other outputs may be produced or interpreted by AI. You must not assume that every record or output has been independently checked by a human.

AI systems can make mistakes, generate unsupported statements, misidentify companies or projects, misinterpret sources, and omit relevant context. Source information may itself be inaccurate, incomplete, conflicting, or out of date. Citations, verification labels, confidence indicators, and links describe aspects of our process or supporting material; they do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currentness, or suitability for your purposes. A missing record or adverse finding does not establish that a developer or project is safe or free of problems.

All Platform information is provided for general informational and research purposes only. It is not investment, financial, credit, lending, mortgage, underwriting, insurance, legal, tax, valuation, architectural, engineering, or other professional advice. It does not take account of your objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance, or particular needs. Use of the Platform does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, or other professional advisory relationship.

Nothing on the Platform is an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, invest in, finance, lend to, or otherwise transact with any property, project, developer, company, or financial product. Ratings, scores, rankings, and track records are informational indicators, not credit ratings, assessments of creditworthiness, lending recommendations, or guarantees of solvency, future performance, delivery, construction quality, safety, or returns. Historical performance does not predict or guarantee future results.

You must not use or rely on Platform information as investment or credit advice, as a substitute for independent due diligence or professional judgment, or as the sole basis for an investment, property purchase, credit, lending, mortgage, underwriting, or other financial decision, including an automated decision. Before acting, independently verify material facts with original records and appropriate authorities and obtain advice from suitably qualified, licensed professionals. You remain responsible for your decisions and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

These limitations apply to information viewed on the Platform and to information accessed through its dashboards, APIs, downloads, exports, copied records, or other outputs. If you share Platform information with another person, you must preserve applicable AI-origin and no-advice notices and must not present that information as independently verified professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Platform to operate, promote, or facilitate any banned, prohibited, or restricted goods or services.
• Upload, submit, or transmit any viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code, or any material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform, including through excessive automated requests, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or billing.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Platform, or remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

5. Third-party services

The Platform depends on and integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to large language model (LLM) and AI providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics services (such as Google Analytics), and logging and performance-monitoring services (such as BetterStack). These services are operated by independent third parties under their own terms and policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, security, acts, or omissions of any third-party service. Any interruption, degradation, error, data loss, or failure of a third-party service is outside our control, and we are not liable for it. Your use of features that rely on third-party providers may also be subject to those providers' own terms.

6. Fees and billing

Access to the Platform is free of charge unless we tell you otherwise at the point of purchase. Where a paid feature is offered, it is billed as described at that point, and, except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

7. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for how you use the Platform and any output, including your compliance with laws and any representations you make to your own customers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that output will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including any failure of third-party services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Artificial Intelligence Builders Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Platform or other users, or for any other reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Developer corrections and disputed information

We welcome requests to correct inaccurate, incomplete, misattributed, or out-of-date information. If you are a developer, an authorized representative, or another person who identifies an error, please contact hello@aibco.ai. Include a link to the relevant developer or project record, identify the specific information you dispute, explain the correction you propose, and provide supporting documents or links to authoritative sources. If you are acting on behalf of a developer, identify your role and authority to do so.

We will review correction requests and correct confirmed errors or update information where the available evidence supports a change. We may ask for clarification, additional evidence, or confirmation of your authority to represent a developer. Please do not send passwords, unnecessary personal information, or confidential documents unless we have agreed an appropriate way to receive them.

Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate amendment, removal of a record, or a particular rating or outcome. We may retain information supported by reliable sources and distinguish disputed claims from established facts. A developer's disagreement alone does not establish that a record is incorrect. This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
